Operating within a 37,000 m² enclosed manufacturing facility, Process Aluminium & PVC Systems continues to invest in advanced production technologies to further strengthen its manufacturing capabilities. As part of this ongoing commitment, the company has established a 2,000 m² Vertical Powder Coating Facility, designed to enhance production capacity while delivering greater operational flexibility, efficiency and sustainable manufacturing processes.

The installation of the new facility has been completed, and trial production has already commenced. Final optimisation processes are currently underway prior to full-scale operation. Once fully commissioned, the new production line will further support Process's expanding manufacturing capacity and reinforce its competitive position in the architectural aluminium systems industry.

The new Vertical Powder Coating Facility has been engineered to deliver high-efficiency production with:

• 2,000 m² dedicated production area

• Monthly powder coating capacity of 1,500 tonnes

• Powder coating capability for aluminium profiles up to 7 metres in length

• 21-colour coating capacity

The 21-colour configuration enables greater production flexibility by reducing colour change times, improving production planning and responding more efficiently to diverse project requirements across domestic and international markets.
